inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">O IGP-M \u00e9 calculado a partir do dia 21 de um m\u00eas at\u00e9 o dia 20 do outro m\u00eas e seus resultados s\u00e3o utilizados por diversas vertentes para realizar reajustes de pre\u00e7o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Mas qual o impacto do IGP-M no <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliariaomni.com.br\/blog\/comprar-um-imovel-para-investir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: matem\u00e1tico e o \u00edndice \u00e9 atualizado. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Por esse motivo, esse indicador econ\u00f4mico passou a ser amplamente utilizado nas atividades do setor imobili\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Este \u00edndice funciona como um verdadeiro indexador de contratos. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">O IGP-M no mercado imobili\u00e1rio \u00e9 a principal refer\u00eancia utilizada sobre os valores e <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliariaomni.com.br\/blog\/investimento-em-locacao-ou-venda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: exemplo, para corre\u00e7\u00e3o de parcelas de unidades finalizadas ou ent\u00e3o de parcelas que ser\u00e3o cobradas ap\u00f3s finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Nos reajustes de aluguel, a base de c\u00e1lculo utilizada refere-se ao IGP-M acumulado durante todo o per\u00edodo de 12 meses at\u00e9 o vencimento do contrato e n\u00e3o em um determinado m\u00eas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Estes acordos est\u00e3o presentes no contrato e apesar de serem atualizados todos os meses, o uso do IGP-M como indexador permite que estes reajustes sejam feitos a cada ano, levando em conta a situa\u00e7\u00e3o atual do pa\u00eds, infla\u00e7\u00e3o e custo de vida da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span \u00faltima atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do IGP-M referente ao m\u00eas de julho de 2023, divulgada pela FGV, apresentou queda de 0,72% e acumula uma porcentagem de 7,72% em 12
